I withdrew my Adsense through WU just a few days ago and this time I remembered to take note of the exchange rate.
From the Bank Negara website, the exchange rate at that time was MYR3.5368. the rate I got from Pos Malaysia was MYR3.5031. That’s about MYR0.0337 difference, which is quite small.
Did any of you withdraw your Adsense earnings from any banks recently? How much is the difference?

One whole year … woo that’s long, but don’t worry … the next one will be faster. Anyway, Adsense is one of the reason I’ve been ‘away’. I’ve been busy updating my other blogs. Need to keep the traffic coming at 200 unique hits, minimum, daily and the best way so far is through content and SEO.

Azwan, I asked the front office clerk, she mentioned that Western Union rate is based on the date when the payment issued to us by Google via Western Union, not when we cashed the payment.
Also, bank/post as agent and Western Union earn slightly from the amount.

I’m not sure and aware of what zaki blogjer mentioned there, but I never really checked the differences exchange rate between banks. I only checked the daily exchange rate on the day I withdraw my adsense. However, few months back the exchange rate was 3.8 to 3.9, could not really remember exactly and I’m a really happy guy that time…banyak siottt….

I didnt check the date that Google release the payment, but as long as not much different from current, I am ok.
