I have been asked a lot of times, mostly on how much can a person make from writing paid reviews. I asked back, “How much do you want to make? Can you do 2 reviews per day for 30 days and do that for the next 12 months. Do you have enough high ranking blogs to do all the reviews?”

If you can, then … Yes! you can make a lot

Even if you don’t have, you can actually make some decent amount, by writing only a review per blog per month. 1 niche blog, 4 post per month with 1 paid review.

I first heard about Sponsored Reviews in April 2007 and was a member since then.

As usual, you need to register yourself and your blogs and get your blogs approve before you can bid for any opportunities. In Sponsored Reviews, your total blog rank is based on:

• Link Popularity – Backlink count on Yahoo! search
• Technorati Rank and
• Alexa

Based on your blog rank, it will suggest a price for your work (you still decide how much to put) and on whatever job you do, you will get 65%. You can put more than what I put above, but if it is too expensive, it may be difficult for you to get any job.

The first one is the recurring type, which I will get a specific amount every month. It will continue until the advertisers decided to stop advertising on my blogs. FYI, I have one who have been with me for 18 months.

The second one is based on offers. It can be as low as $15 per month to as high as $50 for just one specific job. It depends a lot on the niche and rankings.

Linkworth offers a combination of TLA, PayPerPost, Kontera and Inlinks. A little bit difficult to understand at first, but since they made some changes to the account maintenance, everything seems much simpler, but still it may confuse you if it’s your first time.

The first thing you must do is register your blogs and let them know what type of offers are you willing to take. Once your blogs are approved, you can start looking for opportunities or just wait for offers.

This is one of the reason I have income from multiple source, as at one point there’s no opportunity to make money available. Even if there is, it’s not as lucrative as the good old days when Google does not penalized blogs that sell links either through paid review or text link selling.

If there’s an opportunity from Linkworth, you will make 70% of what the advertiser offers. If you are willing to receive a lesser percentage, 50%, but Linkworth will put you in the priority list.
