The contest is getting tougher. My Melayu Boleh blog is nowhere near the first 3 pages on Google search results. At google.com.my, it’s currently on page 7. It has started to move higher from page 9(last week) to 8(yesterday) and now 7(today), but it is still a long way to go. The contest ends 15 June 2009, but the winner will be picked from google.com and not google.com.my. I am not so sure where I am at, at google.com. I didn’t check.

Anyway, I have added more post to my Melayu Boleh blog and if you see the latest ones, most are related to animation:

• The Making of Geng Pengembaraan Bermula
• Silat Lagenda
• Hassan Abd Mutalib

OnPage Optimization:
Googge it for more info ok. This is partly done:

• Using bold, italics, header keys, etc
• Linking among posts, categories and tags
• I’ve even added the post title into the first paragraph.
• Using all in one SEO pack plugin.
• Using XML Sitemap plugin
• and other plugins

OffPage Optimization:

• Have also added links from my other blogs pointing to my Melayu Boleh.
• Have started to add bookmarks at social bookmarking sites.

Will start these soon:

• Commenting on DoFollow blogs
• Commenting on blogs with commentluv plugin installed
• Commenting on blogs with keywordluv plugin installed
• Commenting on blogs with top commentators plugin.
• Will also plead, beg for links from friends blogs

Is it possible to be in the first 2 pages of google.com.my search result in the next two weeks, and google.com a week after that? Hmmm … if everyone else is doing the same, then I would most probably stay at the same place
