Currently I am at Port Dickson. Decided to take some time to relax and unwind with my family at Avillion Port Dickson. After 18 months away, due to the SAP project, a retreat at the beach is a much needed holiday for us
We did plan for an Island retreat somewhere at the East Coast, but due to the monsoon season, that is postponed to next year.
This is our second time at Avillion. Really liked the place. Another thing is, it has been a family ritual that every time our child starts to walk, we will take him or her to the beach. We took Hariz to Langkawi, Nurin to Avillion and now it is Sofea’s turn
More pictures and stories when we come back on Wednesday.
Holiday Updates – 01/12/2008 – I think I better put in everything here instead of a new post
Well, everything went as planned. This time we got the water chalet that is next to the beach and facing the sea. The last time we stayed there, we got the one that faced another chalet. We, the kids especially, really enjoyed the visit to Avillion Port Dickson. Main air sampai dah tak ingat nak makan. The 2nd day, we ate lunch at 5pm
I purchased the 3 Days / 2 Nights Kiddies Treat Package. Water Chalet for 2 adults & 2 children with daily buffet breakfast. Sofea is free. The package included goodies for the kids – french fries, milk shakes and a set of toy each, the type for making sand castles, I don’t know what to call it.
Though it’s a bit expensive, stay at the water chalet. It’s worth the money. The bathroom is beautiful. You can see the sea water below while taking shower. There’s a ‘lubang’ there and also the birds can watch you taking bath naked. There’s also a ‘lubang’ on top
ha … ha.
The swimming pool, the beach, the pet farm .. best!
The holiday was really a pleasant one. The weather was just nice – no rain. Great service and the place … wonderful. A picture tells a thousand words, enjoy …

sorrylah kepada sesapa yang sms and call, memang aku sengaja lupakan dunia luar sekejap
azwan · November 26, 2008 @ 1:12 AM
Honeymoon Rohaizad? I have a better one, but will cause you more than Avillion. There’s a world class boutique resort in Tioman with only 12 chalets/rooms. I read about it, but forgotten the name of the place.
.. baru betul-betul honeymoon
* Calon boleh cari

was in port dickson laz week and i wanted to have some nice drinks over a football mactch and music .. but the only place i was told by the locals was head on to a hotel lobby. i was very supprise to find out there isnt any pub or cafe in the whole of port dickson to cater me and my friends . i suggest Port Dickson should have pubs or cafe’s out side hotels so that the visitor can walk in casuall and relaxed . Hotel outlets are expensive and have to be decent attire ( no slippers or shorts) .. Common laaa .. we come to Port Dickson to enjoy and not to spoil the mood . I hope the nex time I come with my frens to Port Dickson . i ll see a normal street pub or cafe . thanks
azwan · May 21, 2009 @ 10:53 PM
Hello Happyman,
I dont go to pubs, so i dont care whether they have it or not. Since you do, next time, went you are planning for a trip, make sure it’s available. Or check what are your options, at least you know what to expect.
